What We Collect
We collect the itinerary text and trip details you provide so the app can prepare a Japan visa Schedule of Stay PDF. This may include flight details, hotel names, hotel addresses, hotel phone numbers, travel dates, and any notes you paste into the generator.
What Not To Paste
Do not paste passport numbers, national ID numbers, credit card numbers, or other sensitive personal documents unless they are absolutely necessary. The Schedule of Stay usually does not require those details.
How The Data Is Used
Your data is used to extract itinerary details, find accommodation address information, create the PDF, process payment, and provide customer support if something fails.
Service Providers
The app may send relevant data to OpenAI for itinerary extraction, Google Places or Nominatim for address lookup, and Stripe for payment processing. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not by this app.
Retention
Generated schedules are kept temporarily in server storage or Postgres so you can complete payment and
download the PDF. The default retention window is 24 hours, controlled by the server setting
JOB_TTL_HOURS.
Deletion Requests
If you need your generated schedule deleted sooner, contact support with your checkout email and approximate generation time.
